The WRN-130 abrasion-resistant thermocouple is specifically designed for harsh industrial environments with high wear, high velocity, and high temperature. It features a specially formulated wear-resistant alloy protection tube with high surface hardness, excellent erosion resistance, and thermal shock resistance. Paired with a K-type (NiCr-NiSi) thermocouple, it provides long-term stable measurement from 0 to 1100℃ in applications such as kilns, pipelines, and fluidized beds.

❓ Why is an abrasion-resistant thermocouple essential for high-wear applications?
In circulating fluidized bed boilers, cement rotary kilns, pulverized coal pipelines, and similar environments, gas flows carry high concentrations of solid particles that cause intense erosion of the protection tube. Standard 304 or 316 stainless steel tubes can be worn through in weeks or even days, leading to thermocouple failure and unplanned downtime.
