Anhui Chuchen GCC-3351 series smart transmitter is a high-performance industrial instrument combining advanced capacitive sensing technology with microprocessor-based compensation. It accurately measures pressure, differential pressure, absolute pressure, level, and other parameters, and supports HART protocol communication. Widely used in automation control systems of petrochemical, electric power, metallurgy, papermaking, water treatment and other industries.

🔧 Operating Principle

The GCC-3351 transmitter employs a capacitive pressure sensing element. Process pressure acts on the isolation diaphragm and is transmitted to the measuring diaphragm via filling fluid, causing a slight displacement that changes the capacitance on both sides. The electronic module detects the capacitance change and converts it into a standard 4‑20mA signal. Meanwhile, the built-in microprocessor performs non-linear compensation for ambient temperature and static pressure, ensuring an accurate linear relationship between output and input pressure.
